Research On Audit Risk Assessment And Control Of Accounting Firms

In the Accounting firms at home and abroad, the case full of crisis and even the bankruptcy has grown because of audit risk, it have sounded the alarm to the accounting firms around the world, how to effectively prevent and control the audit risk has become an problem which the accounting firm can't neglect. This paper took the audit risks faced by accounting firms as the research object , summarized the research's status quo at home and abroad, introduced the basic theory of the accounting firm audit risk management comprehensively, on this basis, it tried to establish an evaluation index system that combined the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, introduced the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the audit risk, and validated the feasibility of the evaluation model in the actual cases. Finally, bring forward some prevention and control measures.
