Research On The Mode Of Enterprise Information Resource Management Based On Electronic Commerce

With the social economic and information technology development, the value and importance of enterprise information resource is gradually realized in the process of electronic business operation. The status of information resources has been increasingly elevated. Information resources are becoming the leading resource of enterprises. Therefore, faced the internal and external market that people competed intensily and quickly, it requires the new theory and methods on enterprise information resource management. It is necessary to investigate systematically the management method and effect of the enterprise information resource in order to provide theoretic argument and guiding principle. Isolated information island can be eliminated, and information resource allocation can be optimized. It is a significant way of enhancing core competence for enterprises to share and reuse resources within the enterprise and between enterprises by using advanced management mode and information technology. In this paper, we discussed the enterprise information management in the environment of electronic business, and present a framework and model of it.First, this paper introduces the conception and characters of enterprise information resource management, analyses the relationship of information resource and electronic business, and discusses the enterprise information strategy and organization structure designation under EC environment. Then, it focuses on the enterprise information resource management mode that are usually used and analyses the difference and relation of them. Based on this analysis, it presents a whole of the enterprise information resource management system, including function structure, technology structure, network structure. System based on this model integrates information management system and electronic business into a coherent whole so that it can both perform executive work and conduct real time management of enterprise information at the same time. After that, it constructs the mode of enterprise information resource management under EC environment, introduces the enterprise information sharing in different condition and knowledge creation. Finally, summarizing the full text, it points out the existing problems and future research direction from now.
