Research On The Key Issues Of Enterprise Risk Management

With the development of economy and the financial crisis warning, Chinese enterprises have become increasingly aware of the importance and necessity of risk management. A comprehensive research on the theory of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) start lately in our country, but the internal control in Finance is more widely used in practice.In fact, the development of internal control has been involved in the development of ERM.By comparing various framework and the survey results, the paper summarizes the achievements of ERM on the theory and practice research. Besides, it analysis the key issues of implementation of ERM based on the problems found. The author wants to explore the solutions of the problems and puts forward some suggestions.In the first part, it discuss the background and significance of the ERM. The second part is the basic theories including the principal-agent theory and contingency organization theory, the theory of information technology,system management theory. The third part is mainly based on finding the key problems by comparing the classic authority frameworks and real results collected,such as the establishment of organization and information system, control activities process of ERM.The fourth part and the fifth part are the core contents. The fourth chapter analysis theoretically on the three factors, and then puts forward solutions about them. Setting up the network organization system of ERM, establishing information system of ERM based on IT system,operating the important control activities are suggestions. Conclusions and prospect are in the last part of the paper. In a word, this article from perspective itself aims to find the key issues of the implementation of ERM and discusses the methods to solve or at least to improve.It is a best way to intrude the advanced theories overseas to enhance the overall level of ERM in China.
