The Study Of Financing Strategy For Rural Infrastructures In China

The Rural infrastructures are the materials basis to provide support for rural villager live, agriculture produce and rural development, also the social overhead capital to improve rural villager's living standards,agricultural productivity, and the development of rural social and economic. the Lagged rural infrastructure is the bottleneck of restricts improving our rural areas, agricultural development and rural villager's living standards.and financing is the key constraint of provide more rural infrastructure. Although since the beginning of the 21st century, the central government take a positive fiscal policy to support the rural area's development, and the rural infrastructures has developed very fast, but still existed the financing problems, so this paper base on foreign and domestic's scholars reference research, combined relatively financing theories and character of different rural infrastructure, and give adequate analysis on current situation and opportunities of construction and financing difficulty, intend to learn experience about financing for rural infrastructure from foreign developed foreign countries, Finally, I suggested several strategies to improve rural infrastructure financing such as reasonable to define the main responsibility for financing, improve the financing model, and increase financial efficiency optimization.This study used a comparative analysis and normative analysis combining micro and macro analysis of the combination of research methods.
