From April 2007 century American financial insolvency protection, American subprime crisis has been more than two years. During the economic crisis, the government regulation is criticized by the public. American financial liberalization has evolved into a financial disaster.American financial supervision mode has been proved not accord with the development trend of mixed operation.The U.S. government began to reform financial supervision system shortly after the Situation under control.June 2009, the Treasury official pubilced the financial regulatory reform plan. Although the main contents of the reform hasn't been put into practice, but the reform thought showed huge influence. In the reflection of the traditional supervision, integrated supervision will gradually become the core content of modern financial supervision. The regulatory reform can be helpful to the financial supervision of China.This paper has 5 chapters. The first chapter introduces the significance of predecessors, makes a summary of the research, and gives the writing framework. The second chapter is mainly about the development of the financial supervision system in U.S, reviewing the historical significance from the perspective of the development of American financial supervision system. The third chapter basically is the U.S. financial supervision to the subprime market. The current regulatory system problem can be seen from it. The fourth chapter focusing on the U.S. financial supervision system reform, showing the transformation from multiple mode to single mode. The fifth chapter discusses what we can learn from the changes of the finaneial Supervision system in the U.S duinrg this crisis.
