Study Of Nuclear Power Engineering Design Quality Management

In order to satisfy the needs of energy-saving emission reduction, our country begins a vigorous nuclear power construction which gets to the peak currently. Nuclear power plant design is the entire nuclear power plant construction which includs equipment procurement, construction, installation and commissioning start basis. Nuclear power plant design quality is a direct impact on the quality of nuclear power projects, it becomes not only the first line of quality control defense, but also an important stage of the project investment control. It performs a vital role for the safety of nuclear power plants.The engineering design quality is the result of a variety of factors in the project design process. Any error at the design stage will be enlarged in the planning, manufacturing, construction, operation, expansion, amplification process, then cause more mistakes.The basic theory of this thesis is PQM. The object of study is to concrete QM during the nuclear power project design process. By researh on nuclear power project management, design patterns and project quality formation process, this paper analyses project quality and nuclear power project design quality which impacts all stages of project design. This paper then gives quality control methods and measures at nuclear power project design phase. In the last part of the paper, the improvement methods for nuclear power quality are also referred.The innovations of this article lie in the formation of a systematic analysis of the quality at the nuclear power design process, then propose quality management problems and solutions in the nuclear power design phase. This paper use VE, dynamic control principle and QFD to improve the quality of the practical application. It will enhance the nuclear power project design quality management approach.
