Studies On Warding Off And Eliminating Our Country's Rural Financial Risk

Finance the core of modern economy plays a more and more important role in allocating resources, adjusting economic structure and promoting the quality and efficiency of the real economy. In order to keep the finance playing the effective role and avoid the financial risks, our country sped up the reform of monetary system, has established the financial organization system, the money market system and the finance supervisory system adapted with the socialist market economy. The rural finance is an important part of financial system, which function is noticeable. At present rural finance of our country do not operation efficiently, the rural financial risks occurs continuously, therefore, it is meaningful to research the reason of the rural financial risks and to prevent and resolve financial risks. This is not only beneficial to improve the management of the rural financial institution, but also important to protecting farmers' interests, promoting social stability, improving allocation of resources efficiency.This article first introduced the research background and studying significance. The research background includes the domestic and foreign research present situation about China's rural financial, then simply introduced main content.Nest, the author described the present situation of rural financial system in our country, then summarized rural financial risks characteristic of our country.According to the present situation and characteristic of our country'rural financial risks, this article analyzed reasons of our county'rural financial risks. Those reasons mainly include the rural economic base of our country is poor; the financial law is not imperfect in our country and so on.The fourth part, the author put forward 4 suggestions on how to prevent and resolve China's rural financial risks:Strengthen the rural economic base; Improve operate of China's rural financial; Provide policy support and draw up financial law.
