As the knowledge economic era is coming, the competition which enterprise is confronting is becoming fiercer and fiercer and the pressure on staffs is becoming greater and greater. Therefore high quality of employees'psychology is the effective guarantee of good performance. As extra role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior directly influence the performance of employees, thus it also has an impact on completing the target of organization. It's realistic meaningful for enterprise human resource management to exploit and utilize psychological resource of employees, to improve stuffs'loyalty to organization and cultivate employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, this thesis is aimed to search for the impact on organizational citizenship behavior by psychological capital, which provides the theoretical foundation for management practice.Targeted on the enterprise employees in our country and the empirical study of this thesis is through literature search as well as questionnaire and the research method is based on revised psychology capital scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. This study has been further discussed on the internal relationship between psychology capital and organizational citizenship behavior under the background of Chinese culture by statistics method such as correlation analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance, LSD multiple comparison analysis and regression analysis. The conclusion is as follows:Firstly, enterprise employees'psychology capital scale rooted in Chinese culture is consisted of four factors:self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience. The revised scale has stable reliability and validity.Secondly, it analysis the impact on psychology capital by demographic variables and find out that optimism, resilience and psychology capital are significantly affected by position level as well as psychology capital with its four factors are significantly influenced by education background and enterprise type.Thirdly, the result of regression analysis indicates that employees'psychology capital with its four factors have great impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Among these four factors, organizational citizenship behavior is mainly affected by hope, optimism and resilience which impact mostly. Employees' psychology capital as a whole has the strongest impact on organizational citizenship behavior.In the previous research, there is quite little study on the relationship between psychology capital and organizational citizenship behavior. The creativity of this thesis is that we analysis the impact on organizational citizenship behavior by psychology capital based on the level of organization. The thesis validates that psychological capital and its factors have impacted on organizational citizenship behavior.
