The Research Of Risk Control In Provincial Power Grid Enterprises Management

This essay introduces the fundamental concept of risk in the electricity market and risk management process, and classifies the risks that power grid operators face with in the electricity market.It focuses on the presentation of these three risks that provincial power grid operators face with:management risk, finance risk, market power risk. It analyses the finance risk and management risk from inside management and outside environment. Based on the source of the risk, this essay puts forward the management principle and risk prevention mechanism. It introduces the causation of market power of power grid operator and the evaluation index of marker power exchange, and analyses these indexes by the instance of Power Grid of Northwest China, finally, it proposes the corresponding risk-averse measures to the market power exchange risk.
