| This article first introduces the current financing situation of Chinese electric power enterprises and the problems that occur in the financing process to illustrate that there exists great potential for Chinese electric power enterprises to take the stock market as a means of financing. Then it goes on to introduce the main ways that Chinese enterprises adopt for equity financing and compares and analyzes these ways by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the comparison and analysis, it puts forward the equity financing modes that are suitable for the Chinese enterprises. After that, by combining these modes with Chinese electric power enterprises, it analyzes the main modes that can be adopted by Chinese electric power enterprises for equity financing. Finally, it comes to the conclusions and suggestions for the equity financing of Chinese electric power enterprises. |
