Study On The Evolution Of The Labor's Share In Our Country's Primary Distribution Of National Income

Since the reform and opening up, China's national economy has experienced 30 years of rapid development, with an annual growth rate of about 9.7% of GDP, but the labor share of national did not grow that accompanies the growth of national economy, in the distribution of national income in different body, the workers did not fully enjoy the benefits of economic growth. Since the current global economic crisis has not yet fully recovered, in the case of the international consumer market weakness, our country can no longer rely on exports to promote economic growth, expanding domestic demand and stimulating investment has become China's sustained economic growth power. Therefore, the study on Labor share of the initial distribution and adjusting the proportion of workers compensation has a very important significance.In this paper, factor income distribution theory is the theoretical basis, using empirical analysis and comparative analysis to examine the tend of the labor share from China's reform and opening-up. Using empirical analysis method to test the trend of changes in the labor share since China's reform and opening up, the different change characteristics of share of workers in different departments; by comparing analysis method compares the changes in China's labor share of the labor share with the world's major developed countries , judging the present situation of China's labor share, on this basis, propose policies targeted to response to the global economic crisis, changing the initial distribution structure, expanding domestic demand to improve economic growth.Shortcomings of this article primarily in the labor share of the international comparison, because of the data, the existing knowledge structure and the time constraints, the comparison in this paper does not eliminate the different statistical standards which may cause the error, it might impact the judgments and conclusions of the papers. Further studies should be working to improve statistical methods and improved data, so that the article's conclusions and judgments will be more convincing.This article is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 is introduction section which focuses primarily on research topics of the background and significance of the definition of related concepts, research methods and research routes, papers, the lack and the innovation. Chapter 2 summarizes Chinese and foreign related theory, expounded Marxist theory the view of Western economic theory, the view of domestic scholars, which elaborated on the evolution of western economy's theory of production factor assignment and domestic scholars Chen Zongsheng's inverted "U"-type theory, summed up the studies of domestic and foreign scholars about the cause of labor share, provides a theoretical basis for this paper. Chapter 3 analyzes the evolution and the change of China's labor share since reform and opening up, and then study the distribution of characteristics among different sectors, comparing the different laws of evolution of labor share between China and developed countries. Chapter 4 analyzes the cause to the change of labor share, respectively, from the amount of labor supply, labor demand and wage system, labor demand analysis separately from the economic growth, industrial structure and urbanization. Chapter 5 give a suggestion to raise China's labor share based on the previous empirical analysis and comparative analysis.
