In recent years the compensation of Executives has become a hot issue. Under this financial crisis, the problem was paid close attention by the world again. As the related law was published in China, the study on Executives of State-owned enterprises'compensation has important meaning. According to foreign experience and the conditions of China, to establish a system to control the Executives of State-owned enterprise's compensation is necessary for our country' economic development.This article can be divided into three parts. The first chapter and chapter introduce the definition of state-owned enterprise executives and remuneration of concept and content, and describe the status of domestic and foreign executive compensation issues. The second part is the third chapter, study the reason from various aspects that executives of the state-owned enterprises why were paid too. The third part is the fourth chapter, which says that how to establish a system to control the Executives of State-owned enterprise's compensation is necessary.
