Being the main artery of national economy in the transportation field, railway transport has unique technical and economic characteristics. With the power of effective operation, noise reduction and power saving, electric railway trends to be the leader of the railway motive power in our country. Electric railway contact net is important equipment to direct traffic and it is safe and reliable power supply to the electric locomotive special transmission lines. The traffic will be interrupted in case the power off and equipment failure due to following conditions:the railway contact net is open layout, long length in many points, poor working conditions, harsh in terms of use and lack of backup equipment. Also the technical parameters of contact net is in high precision, throughout the year it's required to be ensure a constant thread height and accuracy in mm in order to protect the motorcycle in a good flow. The related support, positioning, insulation and protection must be connected securely and functionality works well, for which putting maintenance and repair forward a higher level from operating unit. Currently we are confronted with the obstacles in conservative operation management of electric railway contact net, non-suitable management for the demand of modern electric railway equipment, unreasonable organization of production and un-flexible maintenance system. Therefore, it turns the top priority to manage the maintenance and repair of the electric railway contact net with optimized production scheduling information system.First, this paper presents the repair contact net model in domestic and foreign, emphasizes state of repair contact net maintenance of the applicability of lean production management, advocates the optimized production management to integrate with information systems planning integration.Second, it takes YinChuan power supply system for an example, analyzes the existing issues of period repair in the past, and proposes to overhaul the existing contact net in view of the practice and the basic idea of reform, which leads the optimized management to maintenance of the contact net based on the repair condition.Finally, it designs a module of the production scheduling information system, introduces closed-loop management system, integrates management of the contact net into production scheduling system platform, with which to archive the whole production process management from controlling in the pre-process, monitoring during the process and analyzing in the post process. It turns out the following highlights:scientific management, more potential capability of the transport, improved efficiency of the work, powerful onsite control and decreased production cost.
