Various circles of society pay more and more attention to CSR. Along with Snow Damage, Earthquake, Olympic Games and "Sanlu Incident" in calamitous 2008, corporate charitable donation becomes the hot point of society debate. In this condition, the paper makes match framework on CSR and corporate capability, explores classification model and calculates corporate comprehensive capability index and financial performance index which are made by calculating the total scores of factors with the weigh of variance contribution rate. The paper mainly studies on how to influence on financial performance when charitable donation matches CSR or not by parametric test (paired-samples T test) and nonparametric test (two-related-samples Wilcoxon test). The conclusion is:When the high comprehensive capability corporate performs charitable donation responsibility well, its follow-up financial performance will be increased more greatly than other corporate with similar comprehensive capability. In other words, the high comprehensive capability corporate should consider charitable donation as corporate strategy, make long charitable donation plan and supervise the effect of charitable donation. In future, charitable will be good at promote corporate performance.When the low comprehensive capability corporate performs charitable donation responsibility well, its purpose is marketing. They consider charitable donation as the investment. They only expect to increase market share by charitable donation. However, CSR is kind of responsibility of corporate's own accord and not the tactics for pursuing economic profit. For this reason, the government should set up and amplify the evaluation system of CSR and guide correctly corporate perform CSR well, especially corporate charitable donation.
