| Industrial migration is a dynamic process with time and space dimensions, is a integrated process including international and regional investment and trade activities (investment mentioned here mainly refers to direct investment rather than indirect investment). Indusrtial migration is not only the demand of adjusting the industrial structure, accelerating the economic development in the countries or regions that migrate industry, but also is the key driving force of upgrading industrial structure, achieving leapfrog development in the countries or regions that undertake industry.Since the reform and opening up, especially in the drive of implementation of the strategy in Central China and establishment of industrial migration pilot area of Anhui-Yangtze city cluster, industrial migration has become the key points of promotion of rapid economic development in Anhui. As the main form and one of the means of industrial restructuring, industrial migration effectively promote economic and social development. This contribution is not only in creating employment opportunities, increasing revenue, but also performancing in the introduction of capital, technology, management and other advanced elements with industry migration, greatly contributing to upgrading the industrial structure in Anhui.
