Empirical Analysis Of Information Contribute To Shandong Rural Economic Growth

The power source of economy development are different in different period, the factors which effected economy have been changed with the development of society. Shandong Province is a major agricultural province of China, and information in this province has made important contributions to economy development. To analyze and improve the level of rural information in Shandong Province has a prominent significance for agricultural development, increase farmer'income, improve the life of peasants and their diathesis. There are six chapters to research the relationship between information and economy.There are five chapters in the paper. Chapter one is the introduction part of the paper, the main contact are the research background, purpose, method, and possible innovations. Chapter two is begin with the theory of information and economy development to analysis the contents and scope of information, the measure theories that effect economy, the new economy theory, and improved that information has a strong impetus to the development of regional economy. Chapter three analyzes the background of Shandong rural information, the result shows that rural information construct has gotten some achievements. Chapter four is the empirical part of the paper. Firstly, to measure the level of Shandong rural information with the comprehensive scores analysis method and the results show that the rural information has great changes from 1997 to 2007. with the expanded C-D function to regress the information and economy development and the results show that if the information increase 1% the rural economy could increase 0.026% in macro-analysis; if the information increase 1% the farmer'income could increase 0.358% in micro-analysis. Chapter five proposes some suggestions for Shandong rural economy development based on information professionals training, infrastructure configuration improving, and information service and promotion system sounding.The paper measured the rural information level in Shandong Province by set up the information index system. And then get the effective results of each variable to dependent variable. The theoretical and empirical research analysis shows that the result is consistent to our outlook. Information plays an important role in economy development, and has been an important factor to economy increase. It is no doubt that information can improve rural economy development and increase farmer income.
