A Research On Safety Assessment Of Power Supply Enterprises

Safety assessment is an important approach for power supply enterprises to control risk, find and eliminate the hidden safe trouble. This paper first introduces and summarizes the method, order and meaning of the safety assessment, and then analyses the problem in domestic safety assessment of power supply enterprises. It establishes an index system of safety assessment in power supply enterprises, which based on the main safety influence factor. Then it sets up the model for safety assessment of power supply enterprises based on the principal component analysis and support vector machine, which is on the foundation of the power supply enterprises'characteristic in the little data and much influence factor. Through the demonstration research, it proves the model's validity. Finally some corresponding suggestions on safety assessment of power supply enterprises in our country on the aspect of implementing and dynamic management are proposed.
