Research On Economic Evaluation To Railway Construction Project Of Linyi To Linshu

The railway as an important national infrastructure of Social development, socio-economic activities are playing an increasingly important role. In order to improve the railway construction project investment decision accuracy, science, the urgent need for comprehensive rail construction project to improve the level of economic evaluation to enhance investment in railways, construction and operation management level.This paper made major achievements include: (1) railway construction projects in the past, the economic evaluation of results and practice based on a project to improve comprehensive economic evaluation. (2) to determine the target weight, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could be applied to railway construction comprehensive economic evaluation. (3) on railway construction project in Linyi to linshu comprehensive economic evaluation is applied to verify the effectiveness and feasibility.
