With the development of finance innovation and the progress of globalization, the mixed operation of finance has become the trend of international financial industry. Besides some European countries have carried out the integrative management of financial system(IMFS)since world war II, such as Germany, some other countries, for example, Britain , Japan and American which have carried out the separated management of financial system(SMFS)since 1920s,shifted to the IMFS one after another. After WTO entry, it is impossible for China to stay away from the world financial trend. Chinese financial institutions are destined to participate in the global economy and to face the keen competition from the "financial conglomerate" of the western developed countries. Faced with the trend of mixed operation of finance, whether our financial system should take on mixed operation of finance and what pattern should we use are very important questions that deserve deep research. However, our country still lacks essential economy financial environment of mixture run in banking industry. It must cause the confusion to change rashly. Therefore, we should build the good environment before integrated services came out.This article introduced SWOT analytical approach to carry on qualitative analysis for those correlation management system factors that affected such planning from multi-level and multi perspectives. This text explains the following several questions mainly: Our country can carry out IMFS or not; Choice of the management system of Chinese commercial bankā€”the integrative management of financial system(IMFS) or the separated management of financial system(SMFS);At last, the paper reach out system restraint, reform measure of mixed operation of our commercial bank.
