All of these leading to failing to provide rapid and satisfied delivery service by domestic logistics enterprises.Under this kind of background, in view of our country's logistics enterprise, this article combines the research of the domestic logistics in the logistics study domain with the virtual enterprise and enterprise alliance research in the management science domain to put forward the concept of the virtual logistics enterprise and to do the further research on it. So based on the logistics operation, flexible and loose dynamic alliance. Virtual logistics enterprise which does not involve the property merge has become an effective solution.Combined with the theories of virtual logistics enterprise, designing Information system of Virtual logistics enterprise, find the way to enhances the enterprise core competitiveness and Long-term development by virtual logistics enterprise.This article mainly includes three parts:the first part introduces the theory of virtual logistics enterprise and the Information system, the second part analogizes the feasibility of the Information system of virtual logistics enterprise, meanwhile, designing the function of Information system.
