Application Of Stock Index Futures On Risk Management Of Open-end Fund In China

Stock index futures is a more mature international financial derivatives, which arose to adapt to hedging demand of stock market in 1980's and develop rapidly. Since the establishment of China Financial Futures Exchange in 2006, China has been actively preparing for the launch of stock index futures. The introduction of stock index futures in China is expected to bring a huge change to risk management of open-end funds.The research line of this article can be broadly summarized as:A summary of stock index futures and open-end funds; The function of stock index futures in risk management of open-end funds; Application methods of stock index futures on the risk management of open-end funds. Specifically, the first chapter introduces concept of stock index futures, characteristics and functions, and its production and development status, and further introduce China Shanghai and Shenzhen300 Index Futures and its development Status; I'll explain the other theme of this article-open funds, introduce its definition, characteristics and domestic and international development process and status.
