| With the advent of knowledge economic era, enterprises competition has transformed into core capabilities competition based on knowledge staff, and knowledge has become a decisive factor determining a competitive enterprise. Weather the creation, utilization and appreciation of knowledge or the reasonable disposition and utilization of resources, or whatever, they are all ultimately achieved by depending on the innovator of knowledge-knowledge staff. As intellectual capital, such as knowledge and technology, lies in the hands of knowledge staff to a great extent, the problem of whether they stays or leaves has a direct effect on the development of enterprise. As a result, knowledge staff has become the key object of human resources management of enterprises. At present, a great number of severe problems are faced by many enterprises, such as the wastage of knowledge staff keeping going up, low satisfaction with work and creation not being utilized to its limit and so on, and the traditional manage modes are confronted with great challenges. Therefore many enterprise administrators pay close attention to how to motivate knowledge staff effectively and boost their loyalty.To begin with, adopting the approaches of documents study, the paper reviews the theory background related to knowledge staff and staff loyalty, and introduces several basic tools and methods which are used to study the staff loyalty, then analyzes and synthesizes factors affecting knowledge staff loyalty. To take Inner Mongolia enterprises for example, this paper puts forward scales which correspond to Inner Mongolia enterprises knowledge staff loyalty. Using statistic software to analyze the questionnaire, we find the degree of loyalty to enterprise of a sample of group at the present stage and the factors affecting knowledge staff loyalty. Finally, the paper brings forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures according to the conclusions, providing theoretical foundation for human resource management of local enterprises for future. |
