Tourism is a sunrise industry with great market prospects.Along with the social and economic development, tourism has become the most momentum in the global economy and largest industries. Tourism boosts to the city's economy, drives social force of employment, as well as promotes the role of culture and the environment obviously. However, our existing tourism enterprises no matter in terms of scale, or in the competitiveness, are not among the forefront of the world, which proposed new and higher requirements for better, faster development of tourism enterprises in China.This study is about listed tourism companies'financial performance. All listed tourism companies will be divided into tourist class travel companies, travel agencies and hotel class categories. It selected 25 tourism companies of the total sample, setted the econometric settings, selected the return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS) target to evaluate the operating results of listed companies in tourism levels, and analyzed the main factors of tourism companies'financial performance using Eviews5.0 software. The results show that firm size, capital structure, ownership concentration, asset management and other factors affecting the listed tourism companies' financial performance. The main influencing factors are also different for different types of tourism companies, so managers of listed tourism companies should focus on strengthening against its own industry-specific management.Articles contents following five sections:The first part is the introduction. This part describes the background, purpose, contents and methods.The second part is the literature review. This part summaries articles about financial perfoumance and the impact of factors related theories.The third part is about financial perfoumance of tourism listed companies. China's tourism business performance of listed companies for statistical analysis, and in accordance with the geographical distribution and divide the different types of business compared to illustrate the development of tourism companies more unbalanced. Among them, the central tourism business performance of listed companies than in the eastern and western; hotel operating results of listed companies below the travel agents and tourist class category listed.Part of the fourth is the empirical analysis.
