The theory of people-oriented business management is the important one for enterprise to improve their core-competitiveness within the global marketing. The theory of people-oriented business management comes from the western business management theories. We could find the clues from the classical education business management theory, the behavior scientific management theory, the modern times management theory and the contemporary management theory. Meanwhile, the particular enterprise culture of Japanese enterprises and the exploration of Chinese enterprise make the great contribution for the development of the theory. The academia has got some common sense about the theory, though there are still some bifurcations. This work has summarized some characters of the theory.Currently, more and more companies have adopted people-oriented business management. It is a question how to evaluate their effectiveness. First, it's necessary for us to analyze the connotation of people-oriented business management effectiveness. According to the analysis, my works puts forward three evaluating indicators satisfaction, communion and permanence. Then I go to the detail for these evaluating indicators.Through the analysis of many cases, we notice that some companies didn't do well in satisfaction, communion and permanence. That makes the low effectiveness of management. Brain drain, ineffective, listlessness, faulty institution, and behindhand enterprise culture happen to companies.To solve the problem, this works put forward some strategies, such as establishing training plan, ameliorating atmosphere, constructing new organization structure, changing the ideology of management, set up people-oriented institution and building the people- oriented culture.
