Core talent as the hidden assets of enterprises play a crucial role. Especially for private enterprises, their own development needs to absorb the high-level talents, no matter how much manpower, material and financial resources cost. How to retain talent and make good use of talented people has been a topic of concern for entrepreneurs. It's provide strong protection for the development of enterprises by establishing a stable core of talent. On the contrary , when the introducted brain run off,particularly the loss and turnover of key employees would be a great loss for the enterprise. Compared to the loss caused by general staff turnover, surface loss caused by key staff turnover can be measured, but deep loss will be immeasurable.In this research, the private enterprise group of core staff as YS polled, puts forward a series of core staffs loss before symptoms, the influence of factors, and the characteristic of enterprise core staffs loss warning system, by constructing the core staffs loss of early-warning index system for evaluation of enterprise's core staffs loss risk degree, thus take corresponding measures to alleviate the loss of key employees. This paper aims to private enterprise group and for YS the core staffs loss problems proposed a series of measures of ideas.In this study, an empirical survey and analysis conclusions are as follows :1.The loss of key employees of YS Group show five dimensions signs: mental fluctuations, changes in behavior, satisfaction fluctuations, information concerns and the errors of work.2.In the signs of loss of core staff in YS Group, the core staff in different gender, different qualifications, different length of service and different positions exist significant differences in mental fluctuations and the errors of work; the core staff in different gender, different age, different levels, different length of service and different positions exist significant differences in satisfaction fluctuations; the core staff in different qualifications, different length of service and different positions exist significant differences in information concerns; the core staff in different qualifications, different levels and different length of service exist significant differences in changes in behavior; the core staff in different gender exist significant differences in the errors of work.3.The factors affecting YS Group's core staff turnover are divided into three dimensions: enterprise system factors, factors of working relations and personal development factors.4.In the factors affecting YS Group's core staff turnover, the core staff of different ages exist significant differences in each factor; the core staff in different length of service, different positions and different levels exist significant differences in personal development factors; the core staff in different gender and different qualifications don't exist significant differences in each factor.5.YS group core staffs loss of early warning management process including warning analysis and control countermeasures. One of the link for the monitoring and warning analysis, identify, diagnosis and evaluation process, Control measures include tissue preparation, daily monitoring and warning crisis management.6.YS group core staffs loss early-warning index system is constructed. From the social factors, the organization and individual factors were extracted from three aspects and the evaluation index.7.Focusing on scientific system of pay for performance, establishing a smooth talent development channel, creating a harmonious business environment, promoting the healthy management style, establishing a good business prospects, it's a positive significance for reducing the loss of YS Group's key employees .
