Financial Ecological Environment, Internal Control Information Disclosure And Enterprise' Financing Ability

As a newly developing financial concept, financial ecological system draws on the ecological point of view, and becomes the challenge and breakthrough to the traditional finance. Financial ecological principal and financial ecological environment constitute financial ecological system, and they are in dialectical unity. The survival and development of financial ecological principal depends on the financial ecological environment which is the exterior condition, financial ecological principal would has different behaviors in different conditions. Of course,financial ecological principal would adjust its behavior actively to adapt financial ecological environment, these behaviors, included production distributions, information communication, resources allocation, reform itself and the living environment. The referring financial ecological environment contains elements like economy and finance marketization, financial intermediaries, each factors play an important role at financial ecological principal's behavioral expression and performance of functions.The behavior that discloses information can alleviate information asymmetry, increases external transparency, improves the relations between various stakeholders and the enterprise, can also ameliorate corporate governance to relieve the principle-agent problem. Recently, constructing internal control becomes more and more important,being part of information disclosure, to disclose the information of internal control constructing seems very significant. Compared to anciently information disclosure which gets lots of financial information, the internal control information will give us more information about enterprise's operating, system construction, risk management. The information helps the stakeholders to make decision, and would do a favor to improve the enterprise's performance.Based on the above, I choose enterprise'financing ability as the breakthrough point,basing the data of listed companies, use empirical analysis method to investigate the influence of financial ecological environment, and internal control information disclosure to listed companies'financing ability. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic. The second chapter gives the review and summary to the topic. The third chapter introduces the related theory, such as principal-agent theory;the fourth chapter gives the empirical design and related analysis, It is found that the development of financial ecological environment have a positive affect on enterprise'financing ability, as long as being identified, the disclosure of internal control could also rub off on enterprise'financing ability; the fifth chapter has the conclusion and correlative advice of this paper. There are several suggestions given to improve the situation of financial ecological environment and internal control information disclosure.
