With the development of information technology, the online shopping market is becoming "the key point" of many enterprises. Started with the basic concept of online shopping, this paper makes an analysis of the present condition and the constraint of the online shopping market both at home and abroad. On the basis of China Post's current situation and management resources, this paper makes an analysis of China Post's strength, weakness, opportunities and threats on the competitive online shopping market. By researching into China Post how to strengthen the superiority in itself and integrate internal and external resources, and how to consolidate the traditional business and expand the new business by internet, this paper determines the target market orientation and fractionize the main direction for China Post's development in online shopping. It also puts forward the overall strategy, the fundamental strategies for China Post's development in online shopping, and the different competitive strategies for improving the competitive power of online shopping. Measures and suggestions about the important support and security works on the implementation of development strategies for China Post's online shopping are also provided in this paper.The research on the development strategy of China Post's development in online shopping in this paper offers a solution for the large business enterprises represented by China Post to activate the potential of traditional business and broaden the development space of new business.
