The Design And Implementation Of Air Business Office

With the improvement of living standards, the pursuit of people's cultural life is increasing. For the traditional telecommunication industry, more and more innovative services have become effective supplement, except for the basic calling services. This paper introduces a new service system which is based on IVR and SMS platform--"Air Business Office", and makes a deeper research on its system architecture, design ideas and realization method.At the beginning of this paper, the author introduces the background of the system. Through the market survey and research, the author educes the feasibility of this system and describes the main work of this paper in detail.This paper research many theories of the field, which is needed for the "Air Business Office" system, and introduces IVR platform,SGIP protocol of SMS gateway,H2 protocol, and so on. This paper also summarizes several key issues which are encountered in the process of implementation, and describes the system architecture in detail. This paper introduces the network architecture of the system, the main equipment and the relationship between different parts, the major software modules and the main role of each module. At last, this paper introduces the total test plan and the test contents.In the system summary, the author gives a comprehensive summary of the paper, gives the result which have achieved and the shortcoming which will be solved.
