Study On The Pattern Recognition Of Urban Residents Eco-consumption Behavior Based On SVM

In a certain sense, the relationship between humans and nature is the development, utilization or destruction what human consumption behavior and consumption patterns works on the nature. With more and more desire of the human, the human begin to plunder the nature to meet their expanding desire. Then, the nature warns the mankind that we are at stake. By now, the ecological problems caused by humanity brought the whole mankind a new crisis. Therefore, we must change the traditional consumption patterns, and establish the ecological-oriented-consumption patterns, namely the ecological consumption patterns. And the consumption pattern meets the requirments of ecological law. Consumer is the key of promoting the ecological consumption, and consumer demand determines the production supply orientation of enterprises. Therefore, this article took the urban as the object of study, in order to research the training measures for promoting the residents'ecological consumption.This paper gained the data through questionnaires, using the main ingredient methods to select residents'ecological consumer behavior characteristics. And on this basis construct the index system of the residents' ecological consumer behavior classification. Constructed residents'ecological consumer behavior classification model using the support vector machine, and proposed the training strategies for each class of residents. Specific contents of the study as follows:(1) Design the questionnaire and test its quality. According to the questionnaire design principles, this paper designed the questionnaire on ecological consumer awareness and participation behavior of urban residents. This paper used the Kelangbaha coefficient to test the reliability of the questionnaire level. According to Kelangbaha Coefficient, the result of Alpha value is 0.8212. So that we can determinethat the questionnaire designed in this paper has a high level of reliability, and the data obtained from the questionnaire can be used to quantitative research.(2) The main ingredient methods was applied to select residents'ecological consumer behavior characteristics, and on this basis construct the index system of the residents' ecological consumer behavior classification. This paper used the main ingredient methods, at the same time, applied the principle of eigenvalue greater than 1 and scree method. Ultimately transformed the index which affects the residents ecological consumer behavior into ten indicators. And summed up the factors which affect residents ecological consumer awareness and participation behavior into three levels:the internal drive, external influences, personal characteristics, thus formed the index system of residents'ecological consumer behavior classification. (3) Construct residents'ecological consumer behavior classification model using the support vector machine. Based on the characteristics of small sample study and research, this paper chose the support vector machines from the pattern recognition method, and debugged the data using the support vector machine. Through the comparison of classification accuracy, determined the use of Gaussian radial basis function take place of the inner space industry. Then divided the residents' behavior model into three categories:active participant, neutral participant and non-active participants.(4) Based on residents'ecological consumer behavior classification, proposed the targeted training measures. According to the collected countermeasures through the research, this survey designed the training strategy; through the analysis of residents' ecological consumer behavior affecting factors, proposed the targeted training measures on the personal characteristics, in order to establish the ecological consumption education system of the classification training. Finally, from the view of government, builds the incentive mechanism, the restraint mechanism and the monitoring mechanism, thus forms the the government's safeguard mechanism in order to help to foster policy implementation.This study is advantageous in extending the consumer's expense accountability. Consumer's responsibility for environmental protection should not end in the ending of their consumer behavior. We also need to bear the responsibility of enhancing the quality of the green environment through implementing the consumption cycle and actively buying "environmental label" green products. Consumers should let their own consumer behavior without damage of pollution as far as possible. In addition, the paper provided new ideas for the residents ecological consumption, to be helpful for building a sound ecological consumption education system.
