Changes in market demand lead the company to change the mode of operation. With the advancement of technology and production efficiency, the bottlenecks of supply chain gradually moved from the suppliers to the demanders, and the buyer's market formed. The current mass customization as a way the combination of the mode of mass production operation and individual needs has considered both business productivity and customer demand for personalized factors. But this production model is still put the customer in a relatively passive position to receive the product, and customers are no longer simply satisfied to be the passive recipients of products and services. They wish to participate in their own products or services required for the design and production process to meet individual needs. Immediate customization mode (Instant Customerization, IC) came into being, it is emphasized low-cost real-time or fast to meet customer specific needs.However, when the traditional mode of production change to a real-time customization mode, on the one hand, the modern manufacturing tools, computer network, such as a workshop production equipment hardware support conditions are needed, and on the other hand, it also requires enterprises to organizational structure, business processes, business concepts, management and other aspects of change and innovation. Immediate customization mode is very much involved in research content, the main contents of this paper is real-time customization of the inventory problem.This paper described the differences of the traditional mode of production and the IC model in the management concept, the production process, and technical support, and analysis the advantages of real-time customization, also summed up the IC mode, the characteristics of production operations.Second, through the overall factor analysis of customer needs by IC mode, we can find the right individual customer demand forecasting tools and methods, set the appropriate predictor variables, to establish IC mode, the individual needs of customers Grey G (1, N) model, and the actual data collected through the forecast of the 2010 to 2018 people born after the 80s the individual needs of car buyers trend. The model can change the original data according to the specific need to predict the different situation, which is a convenient and effective quantitative method to forecast the needs of customers.Finally, the paper summarizes the main findings of IC model, in providing effective customized demand forecasting based on the reed to re-formulate the basic assumptions.
