With the development of economic globalization, an increasingly competitive market, competitive intelligence has become the talent, capital, technology, the business development of the fourth competitiveness.Social networks is a relationship network which exchange information and utilize resources between people,is very important in gaining access to the source of competitive intelligence and tools, is an important strategic resource enterprise competition.And competitive intelligence activities are embedded in social networks, so the structure of the social networks, the key resources will affect the success of competitive intelligence activities.Human intelligence network in the competitive intelligence activities, especially for competitors sensitive information collection and analysis, play an irreplaceable important functions.Therefore, research and development and utilization of human intelligence network on the competitive intelligence of the conduct and development of information science in China,which has an important theoretical and practical significance.For these reasons, this paper attempts learn sociology in the field of social network analysis, combined with the characteristics of competitive intelligence,and in-depth analysis human intelligence network theory and operation mechanism. In order to promote competitive intelligence social network research continues to a new breadth anddepth and expand.The innovation of this paper is to address the diversity of competitive intelligence activities and the particularity of social network theory, structure theory and other theories and central analysis method is introduced to information technology field and build the basis of human intelligence network, the use of network node centrality, density and small-group analysis, human intelligence network in the role of competitive intelligence systems studied.
