Research On Problems And Improving Measurements On Taxation Service

Taxation service is the new trend of tax collection in modern age. In recent years, with the proceeding of tax collection reform, the taxation service has become an important part of the whole tax collection system. A good taxation service system will be very helpful for promoting the awareness of tax payment, protecting the interests of tax payers, reducing the cost of tax collection, and improving the quality and efficiency of tax collection. Recently, the taxation service is making good progress. The awareness and ways of service have improved greatly. The tax collection is becoming more gullied and systematic. But there is still big space for further improvement for the whole taxation system. The existing laws don't fully protect the interests of tax payers and the working staff doesn't have strong service awareness. They can't provide demand-oriented service the payers. The payment procedures are still complex and the utilization of information technology is not so good. The taxation system needs great improvement on the base of accepting international experience. This article raises some improvement suggestions in accordance with the existing situation of our country.
