| With the commerce globalization, the competition of the market become fierce, enterprises face the pressure of shortening delivery time, increasing product quality, decreasing cost, improving service. Procurement management plays an important role in enterprise's management. However the new market environment and the changes of enterprise organization challenge the procurement management a lot. Extensive attention is given to centralized procurement for its ideology specialization and collaboration and its advantage in resource conformity. The dissertation mainly works on the research of centralized procurement in the background of group companies.This Thesis introduced enterprise purchase and vendor selection the importance of problem and the domestic and international research concerning problem present condition in detail, elaborated on the purchase and vendor selection in the actual operation of the processes, methods and procedures, as well as the method in the procurement conglomerates with suppliers played a great role. That is, to save money, improve product quality and shorten the delivery time, etc.This Thesis discusses the issues described in detail and made a focal point on the model of decentralized procurement, and based on multi-objective composition of the vendor selection. Secondly, the paper introduced a system of genetic algorithm, and the basic operation techniques, and on the basis of this inventory environment of distributed under the centralized purchasing and multi-objective optimization composition of the selection of suppliers were modeling, and genetic algorithm based on the model solution. Through the model solution, in conjunction with enterprise applications to the specific business examples of data validation. The results showed that this model to achieve the branches of mutual transfers, the sharing of resources, effectively preventing the emerging overall inventory backlog, and the local shortage phenomenon. |
