From the 20th century, early 90s, commercial fitness clubs springing up in China. It showed that China's fitness industry is still at a stage of vigorous development. Increase in the number of Commercial fitness club, of course, on behalf of the fitness boom, but is also synonymous with brutal competition. How to make your club stand out from the numerous peers, is a problem every manager have to face to.Fitness club is in the service business, so high-quality service is the key. services marketing theory of Marketing tells us:service is intended to provide customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing customer loyalty and repeat purchase rate, and further enhance their profit. Therefore, the main job the fitness club managers have to do is to improve customer satisfaction. Increase in customer satisfaction will have an impact followed on the club:cost savings, leed customers to repeat purchase, enhance the club competition, according to customer needs also to provide satisfactory products and services.Fitness Club is constituted of a number of employees, so, in addition to keep the customers-"external customers" satisfaction, while also keep the staff-"internal customer" satisfaction. Employee satisfaction directly determine their enthusiasm for work, the club management have to listen to the voices of employees, what employees need in order to effectively test the achievement of the objectives.According to a survey of fitness clubs and on-line references relating to the club, we get the following conclusions:1, there are many clubs due to lack of modern business and management philosophy.2, the fitness clubs we surveyed have fitness trainer, but fewer.3, commitment not fulfilled.4, fitness club personnel development is for urgent solution.Finally, the analysis put forward some practical measures to improve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Improving customer satisfaction:treatment of members to be fair and consistent; treatment of members to be smiling; listen to thinking of members; communication; train and develop employee service skills. To improve employee satisfaction: delegation of authority and sense of ownership; strive to create a club employee trust mechanism; maintain a stable team coaches.
