Rural Credit Cooperative is the dominant part of rural finance. It has contributed much to the rural economic development. However, now, for the reason of commercial operation, Rural Credit Cooperative has invested a considerable part of the loans in non-agricultural industries and most farmers'lack of access to loans. From the perspective of the farmers'organization in rural society, this paper analyzes the agricultural credit dilemma and proposes solutions.This paper analyzes the reasons of the problem. The impoverishment of the farmers and the strong information asymmetry between the farmers and the Rural Credit Cooperatives are considered to be the most important reasons for the dilemma. The article describes the characteristics of the rural society and the farmers who live in it for mining the resources of the rural society. On the basis of it, the paper emphasizes the importance of the farmers'organization and recognizes the comprehensive agriculture association as the core mean for the integration of the rural society resources and the Rural Credit Cooperative credit resources. The case of Ryan Agriculture Association shows the importance of comprehensive agriculture association to improve farmer incomes and reduce the strong information asymmetry between the farmers and the Rural Credit Cooperatives.The main conclusion of this paper is: comprehensive agriculture association allows the integration of the rural society resources and the Rural Credit Cooperative credit resources, it can improve farmer incomes and reduce the strong information asymmetry between the farmers and the Rural Credit Cooperatives ,then, crack the dilemma of rural credit at last.
