Venture capital, refers to the equity, quasi equity, a claim form with attached conditions to invest in without a trial, new technology projects or in the future highly uncertain or difficult to predict the project, and willing to invest in projects, business services or business to provide management, hopes the high growth rate of investments, end the sale of property to obtain a high yield investment. In today's world, high-tech is the propeller of venture capital, but in China is still only in its infancy. Due to the 2008 global financial crisis, China's venture capital industry is running well also suffered a shock, in order to accelerate the development of high-tech industries, build a sound investment and financing system, and promote capital markets and our economy healthy, stable and fast development, this thesis of "the financial crisis on China's venture capital industry and Strategies" as a theme in-depth system.Firstly, the relevance of the basic theory of venture capital were reviewed, the United States, Britain and Japan developed venture capital industry conducted a comprehensive analysis and comparison. Systematic analysis of China's venture capital industry status, theory and practice of data through the combination of the global financial crisis for the development of venture investment in China will lay a solid foundation. Thus, for our country in financial crisis, venture investment under the normal operation and development to find a good location.Finally, the paper use the SWOT model evaluation of the financial crisis on China venture capital industry influence, opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and empirical analysis to evaluate, systematic proposed by the financial crisis countermeasures in Venture Capital.
