Under the new situation of development in transportation construction area in our country, transportation supervision enterprises are ushering in a new round of development opportunities, and they also face a number of challenges. Supervision enterprise can raise the level of supervision services, enhance the comprehensive strength, and develop new markets in the effect of brand building. However, in our country the construction of brand for transportation supervision Enterprises is just beginning. How to do in brand building, what the content of brand building is, and how to evaluate the brand, solving these questiones is a subject worthy of study.Firstly, this paper defined the meaning of brand of transportation supervision enterprises, and analysis its composition in the basis of the theory of general brand and service brand. Secondly, using theoretical study method combing with practical application research, the article explored the ways of brand building, and made a detail in the content of brand-building for transportation supervision enterprises combining the core content of transportation supervision services. Thirdly, based on expert's advices, this paper constructed brand evaluation index system which includes four level indicators and eighteen secondary targets, and establish integrated evaluation model in multi-level comprehensive evaluation method. At last, the paper takes the checsc supervision company as the object to do case studies.Through these studies, this article found the channels of brand building for transportation supervision enterprises, which includes four sections:brand decision-making and planning, brand positioning, brand building and communication, brand adjustments and brand maintenance; in these sections, the key one is brand building, the core content is to create brand value. In this point, this paper constructed the framework of the core content of brand building, which includes six parts:core services of supervision, business model, management mechanism, corporate social responsibility, corporate culture and learning organization. The transportation supervision enterprise can test the effect of brand building by using the integrated evaluation model, and then, guide the continuous improvement of brand building.
