Real eatate plays an important role in people's lives in our country,after the housing reform, the real estate loan saw it's own development.Nowadays,with the devepment of people's living standard and life philosophies,commercial banks'personal real estate bussiness is developing fastly. Personal real estate business is a hot area and the fierce competition in this area supplys commercial banks with chanllenges and opportunities. Bank of China Hunan Branch's personal real estate bussiness is faced with kinds of problems and chanllenges. It is faced with the fierce horizontal competition and has a lot of problems from itself. Under such a condition, Bank of China Hunan Branch's real eatate bussiness'development is a top topic of Bank of China Hunan Branch. Therefore,it is meaningfull to connect theories and practical situations to analyze this branch's problems and find out some appropriate strategies.Firstly,this paper introduces some theories about the personal real estate bussiness.
