Research On Competitive Intelligence Capability Evaluation Of Qingdao Small And Medium Commercial Bank

China's theory of the development of competitive intelligence has made rapid progress in the recent twenty years. Some universities have set up the relevant professional and curriculum, some social organizations have also added competitive intelligence service, thereby the information of Competitive Intelligence has been extended, and which also enable more people understand it and its clients. However, the ultimate goal of theoretical development is to receive the test in practice. In the modern enterprise management process, many of our large-scale enterprises such as Baidu, Haier have established the relevant departments and competitive intelligence system one after another, and started a trend that large-scale enterprises use competitive intelligence system widely. Then for the banking of a highly developed information technology, especially the small and medium commercial banks, which are dynamic, intelligent, and have strong ability to adapt to the marker. How the research on the theory and application of competitive intelligence is, in this paper I studied this question from every side.In this article, asked questions, analyzed the background of problems, pointed out the theoretical and practical significance, commented the research situation at home and abroad comprehensively, and made the overall design and arrangements for the whole article.Next, the basic theory was analyzed, the role was to build systematic theoretical analysis framework for Competitive Intelligence of commercial banking. This part of the contents began from defining the "Competitive Intelligence" concept, a detailed analysis of its role, characteristics. And then went on to meaning and characteristics of competitive intelligence of commercial banking, which provided a solid theoretical platform for building the evaluation system of competitive intelligence capability of Qingdao small and medium commercial banks.Then, this article analyzed and integrated the relevant research on the basis of drawing lessons from their predecessors and combining with the development status and characteristics of Qingdao small and medium commercial banking, revealed the competitive intelligence capability factor of Qingdao small and medium commercial bank layer by layer. At the same time, did a comparison of various evaluation methods with the intent of building a reasonable, scientific, and operational competitive intelligence evaluation system of Qingdao small and medium commercial bank.Finally, in the empirical manner the proposed theory and method was applied to Qingdao small and medium City Commercial Bank, evaluated their competitive intelligence capabilities and analyzed their status quo, and then validate the scientific nature and feasibility of the competitive intelligence evaluation system.In the course of the study, the comprehensive referenced existing research results and rooted the thesis in the study of Qingdao small and medium commercial bank deeply, and designed a complete evaluation system, so that this paper has theoretical innovation, besides, it can also play a significant role in the reality.
