Of all the research domain on the Green Supply Chain (GSC), the performance appraisement is very important. It is also critical that the conceptual level and the operational level of GSC is connected by the performance evaluation. However, most of the current study was focused on the internal and external performance evaluation of the GSC, the integrative performance evaluation was backwards relatively. Through evaluating the overall performance of the GSC, it can not only find the bottleneck influencing the efficiency of the GSC, explicit the direction of performance's improvement, but also provide beneficial suggestions on the GSC optimization for making a decision and analysis. In order to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Supply Chain scientifically and objectively, the integrative GSC performance evaluation index system is established and the relative performance evaluation method is determined in this paper. This main jobs are as follows:1. The concept of the GSC and its performance evaluation is defined.Based on the researched results, the concept of the GSC and its performance evaluation is defined, in which natural environment and social contribution is concluded.2. The integrative performance evaluation index system of GSC is established. The Improved Balanced Score Card (IBSC) is proposed and applied to the GSC integrative performance evaluation, which is based on the Balanced Score Card( BSC) of Kaplan and Norton, and pays more attention to the aspects of environmental protection and social contribution.3. The Logarithm Triangular Fuzzy-AHP (LTEN-AHP) method is used for the GSC integrative performance evaluation and practical demonstration. The problem of integrative performance evaluation is multi-objective and multi-criteria. Through comparing and analyzing the current evaluation methods, the Logarithm Triangular Fuzzy-AHP (LTEN-AHP) method is applied to perform practical demonstration, and its results is analyzed in this thesis. |
