The Dynamic Mechanism Analysis To Fulfill Enterprise Environmental Responsibility

With the rapid economic development,environmental deterioration becomes increasingly prominent. There is growing concern about environmental issues. Corporate behavior caused environmental changes quit a lot .Business solutions to environmental problems require action. But the company neglect environmental protection for a long time, they have no incentive to fulfill its environmental responsibilities. The article mainly research two topic: what kind of environment responsibility business should undertake? How to establish reasonable motivated mechanisms to promote corporate to take their environmental responsibility?This article is divided into seven sections:The first part is mainly on the back ground and significance of the research methods Introduction .The second part is an overview of corporate environmental responsibility to address what companies should carry out environmental responsibility. The third part raises the driving force enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibility issues, analysis motive of corporate to fulfill the environmental responsibility, and internal motivated and external pressures that corporate to fulfill environmental responsibility. Part four and Part five is the core of this article, respectively, for the first class of environmental responsibility, and the second class environmental responsibility. The economic analysis based on the analysis of corporate environmental responsibility to fulfill the motivated mechanism to address how to encourage enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities. The sixth is an empirical case study, namely, for the first and second environmental responsibility to fulfill in-depth analysis. Finally, corporate environmental responsibility to fulfill .the conclusions and recommendations are given.Enterprises's fulfilling their environmental responsibility is a very complex issue. This article has done a preliminary study on how to promote corporate environmental responsibility. that need to fulfill the need for the various kinds of effective incentive and restraint mechanisms. Enterprises should focus on economic motives, use economic means, and guiding enterprises to turn all kinds of external pressures to motivation of implementation of environmental responsibility. Considering the government, the public, consumers, investors and other related subjects, to jointly promote the enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities.
