In new century, the application of e-commerce affect the every inch of our society. The global economy will develop at full speed with a new model. The new management conception taking e-commerce as the core will regenerate the economical structure and the business management model.Realization course of e-commerce should integrate four flows:information, fund, trade and logistics. With the help of digital and communicational technology, E-commerce can integrate the previous three flows, but can't solve the logistics problem. For the company which setting foot in the e-commerce, the primary problem is making the decision of logistics model. Under different environment, the company must choose the different logistics model.This thesis, through deeply research on the e-commerce logistics situation of national and non-national, probing into how to choose the suitable model in China.The paper use two methods to analyze the problem:theory combines practice; qualitative analysis combines quantitative analysis. The author give the detailed analyses on self-build logistics and third party logistics, and put forward a new model (logistics alliance). On the basis of improving the past logistics evaluation criterion, this paper discussed vehicles scheduling problem with time windows in the enterprise logistics model, and emphatically proposed the optimized model of vehicle dispatching problem, and introduced the heuristic algorithm to solve the optimized model.The thesis focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, according to logistics allocation's feature of B2C e-commerce enterprise, logistics allocation's experience of the developed country and logistics allocation's development situation of some domestic B2C e-commerce enterprises, the thesis summarizes several current mainstream e-commerce logistics model, introduces the self-build logistics, the third party logistics, the logistics alliance model's advantages and serviceability in detail, and have provided selection method of logistics model based on the logistics strategic position.Secondly, the thesis discusses the common difficulty in the selection of logistics model—vehicles' scheduling problem, elaborates the importance of logistics allocation to enhance the B2C e-commerce enterprise's market competitiveness, proposes mathematical model to optimize VRPTW of logistics distribution.Thirdly, the thesis uses heuristic-interpolation mixed algorithm to optimize VRPTW under the perfect condition (i.e. just considerring vehicles's capacity and total moving distance), and proves the great validity of the method through the example. It is very useful to raise the efficiency of the logistics enterprise's distribution, saves the logistics enterprise's distribution cost.
