| The policy of fuel tax has been put into effect officially in China on January 1, 2009. It provides us with some new research topics, such as the improvement of the policy of fuel tax in our country, the impact of the policy of fuel tax in the automobile industry. The main purpose of this paper is precisely to analyze these two issues.First of all, I will analyze the basic theory of fuel tax, including the definition of fuel tax, the necessity of levying fuel tax and the tax shifting of our country's fuel tax.Secondly, I will analyze the improvement of the policy of fuel tax in our county and give some advice. After comparing the policy of our country's fuel tax with other developed countries'policy, I find that there are some deficiencies in our country's policy of fuel tax. In order to solve these problems, I will give some advice.Finally, I will analyze the impact of the policy of fuel tax in the automobile industry. Through the analysis of the automotive consumer market, we can find that the introduction of fuel tax would bring about some impact on the automotive industry. So, I will provide some strategic choices to our country's automobile industry. |
