Land Use And Land Cover Change Based On RS And GIS And The Evaluation Study On Ecological Security Of Land Resources Of Mountain City

Land resources are mankind's most basic condition for survival and development. With the economy rapidly developing, the destruction of the ecological environment of land resources is worsening. Ecological security of land resources has become an important aspect of the national and regional ecological security. Land use and land cover change is the most important aspect among the factors influencing the ecological security of land resources.Studying thoroughly and revealing the relationship between land use and land cover change and the ecological security of land resources has an extremely important significance for making policies of regional sustainable land use and taking reasonable land management ways.Based on the domestic and international research results, the test takes the mountain city—Shapingba District of Chongqing as a case.Using RS and GIS tools,the test studies the changing situations of land use and land cover and analyzes the characteristics and reasons of land use and land cover change.Using the model of pressure-state-response to set up the ecological security indicators of land resources,the test evaluate the ecological security of land resources of Shapingba District in 1998 and 2007 by using the AHP of the technical support of entropy to determine the level of index weight and using index to calculate the value of comprehensive security.On this basis,the relationship between land use and land cover change and the ecological security of land resources is analyzed.Finally, the countermeasures to the ecological security of land resources of study area are brought forward.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) the characteristics analysis of land use and land cover change in Shapingba DistrictThe paper respectively analyzes the dynamic degree and transformational change of land use and land cover change in Shapingba District. The results show that the land use and land cover types of the study area is mianly farmland in the dynamic changes. In addition, the urban construction land area of the study area changes greatestly among 10 years, an increase of 41.02km2,the annual average increase of 10.64%.For transformational change,the mutual conversions of land use and land cover types mainly occur among farmland, woodland, water and urban construction land.(2) the driving force analysis of land use and land cover change in Shapingba DistrictThe results show that the main driving force factors impacting land use and land cover change of Shapingba District are rapid population growth, economic development and policy and human factors.(3) the evaluation on ecological security of land resources in Shapingba District The result of the evaluation on ecological security of land resources of the research shows that the comprehensive security value of Shapingba District's ecological security of land resources in 1998 and 2007 is respectively 0.5867 and 0.6789.Although the ecological conditions has been greatly improved from the year 1998 to 2007, the ecological environment of he land resources is still in"early warning"safe state.The ecological system of land resources has been entirely improved in Shapingba District,but the speed needs to be raised for now.(4) the impact imposed by land use and land cover change on the ecological security of land resourcesAccording to analysis, it is generally given qualitative relationship between land use and land cover change and the ecological security of land resources:the increase of farmland, woodland and water has a positive impact in improving he ecological security of land resources,while the increase of urban construction land has a negative impact on the ecological security of land resources.(5) the countermeasures of the ecological security of land resources in Shapingba DistrictIn the above analysis,the test puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,from implementing ecological protection planning of land, protecting farmland,controlling population growth and so on,which provides the basis for achieving regional sustainable development and coordinating the relationship between economic development and the construction and protection of the ecological security of land.
