Strengthening internal control is an effective tool of the modern enterprise management. State-owned enterprises are facing severe challenges in the competitive time now. They have to take improving the companies'performance as their paramount target. An effective internal control can help enterprises reach the goal, for example, it can improve the efficiency and result of management, the reliability of enterprises'finance reports and observance of the related laws and regulations. So, it is a very important and necessary managing activity for state-owned enterprises to build essential internal control system and carry it out strictly. And the staff of the enterprise must know its fact, then the following of the system can function well.A good internal control today often becomes an effective method to improve the company's competitiveness, and it can perfect the working environment and improve the performance of the company. Electric Supply Corporates as large state-owned enterprises, the most important sign which is to measure a corporate's management standard is the perfect internal control system. However, there are faint concepts of internal control of leaders, bad quality of staff, weak internal control system and the phenomena of concepts without systems and systems without following now. Staff, system, recognition condition and coordination of executing are all waiting for further improvement. How to resolve these problems and ensuring the economic benefit of electric supply corporates have become the essential point that enterprises concern about most. Therefore, only by strengthening the concept of controlling and internal control, the executive can promote corporates to develop healthily and well. In the practice, the internal control and corporate's value are mutually reinforcing, but in the documents collected, the researches about the two subjects are often separated. The propositions, regulations and empirical studies directly about recognition of internal control and execution of corporate's performance are all deficient.The function of the internal control exists each respect and each segment of electric supply corporates'activities. It combines the key of management and healthy development like a link. In fact, an electric supply corporate is belonging to large state-owned monopolizing enterprise, the staff's quality varies, the concept of internal control is weak and people are lack of initiative. We are urgent to know whether the recognition of internal control can promote the performance of electric supply corporates.This paper conducts an empirical research on the questionnaire on the basis of the impact of the staff's concept of importance of internal control to the corporate's performance in CH corporate. This paper adopts methods such as documents analysis, questionnaires, statistic examining and so on to clear up and analyse the feedback that the interviewees gave us. Then we examine whether the five elements of internal control need to regulate when they are applied to electric supply corporates, and we measure the impact of the recognition of the elements'importance to the organizational performance.This paper hopes to discuss the relationship of the recognition of internal control's importance and the organizational performance by appraising the recognition of the importance condition and performance's executing condition in this corporate. I also hope to give reasonable advices of perfecting internal control system to CH electric supply corporate.
