For a long time, OBJECTIVITY, JUSTICE are the principles of journalistic professionalism which have been persued in media industry. However, in practice of news communication, we have noticed that this idealism encounter a lot of difficulties, the different attitudes does present in news reporting, this attitude often from cognitive biases.In this paper, we will take es as a studying case, analyze which factors cause the audience and the mass media cognitive biases in the dissemination process, we will try to discover what the negative infulence is, how worse the negative infulence is, the interaction between the audience and mass media, and how to reduce the cognitive biases as well.In this paper, we trying to research the relations of the power supply enterprises audience and mass media, and explore the reason of the public opinion predicament that power supply enterprises encountered. We try to put forward some measures to the power supply enterprises and other monopoly enterprises. We also want to help to constructing the normal and harmonious public opinion environment of the monopoly enterprises.
