Research And Application On The Overseas Centralized Financial Accounting Method Of Daqing Oilfieled

As the largest oilfield in China, Daqing Oil Field have been a successful example in Chinese industry, and it made important contribution to economic development, promoted regional prosperity and stability. Daqing oil field began to implement overseas business in 1998, and have got great progress till now. The innovation of oversea business made the structure of the Daqing oil field diversify further. Seismic exploration, drilling, wells, tertiary-industry and Import and export business have grown vigorously, and become to be a new point of revenue growth. The accelerated development of overseas business of the oil field provides a powerful platform for the development of overseas financial services. During the last decade,the overseas financial operations have change from the delegated financial staff who made a simple journal to uniform staff management and unified accounting, which has made considerable progress. At the same time, there are many problems to solve, such as the standardization of accounting, the foreign financial information feedback and so on .So we must improve the overseas accounting, and coordinate it with domestic financial accounting better.In this paper, we studied overseas financial theories, analyzed the Daqing oil field overseas financial accounting model in current situation, proposed an idea of building a centralized accounting system, and designed an implementation process and report flowchart. We gave an advice to make sure the model to be well built. With the improvement of Petroleum Finance Information System's function, the overseas business linkage between the domestic and overseas. Financial operations have gotten a strong support. The overseas institution's financial information is no longer isolated, and the high efficiency of linkage offers a powerful help for the further development of foreign institutions.
