Foreign direct invest is the key part of our country's "Going global" strategy. It has import effect on keeping the economy secure of our country, improving economic development, answering the challenge of economy globalization; on actively taking part in the international division, making use of two kind of resources and two markets actively; on avoiding foreign trade barrier, absorbing foreign advanced technology and manage experience; and on mastering external information promptly. After the policy of reformation and opening, as a result of twenty years development, the importance of foreign direct investment of our country heighten gradually in our national economy, yet problems remain.
