Research On Development Of Micro-Loan Companies In Gansu

Micro-loan Company is a new-born thing, which is integrated with the reform of financial and innovation of the financial system in China.The company plays an important part in gathering private capital, guiding private funds to carry out the legitimate financial activities and increase monetary supply, which alleviates the plight of the rural and SME financing. With micro-loan companies founded in Gansu Province, they solved the financing difficulties rural areas and that of SMEs to some extent. This article analyses micro-loan companies in Gansu Province deeply in order to identify problems and propose countermeasures to improve the development of micro-loan companies.This paper studies in the development of these companies in Gansu thoroughly,through standard analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis.Specific research idea is to discusses the meaning and characteristics of these micro-loan companies,describe the general theory of sustainable development of enterprises and summarize some indicators for the development of the micro-loan companies; and then discuss the background and present situation of these micro-loan companies in Gansu, then analyze the internal and external factors respectively according to the actual situation of the companies, and point out the difficulties that these companies may meet, at last put forward countermeasures and suggestions, hoping which could promote the micro-loan companies'healthy, steady and development.
