Gis-based Bao'an District, Received Demolition Management Information System

Now provinces of China are promoting scientific information management of land banking vigorously. Managing the information of the land banking with computer can adapt to the digital city development, integration of resources, information exchange, and supplying a resource sharing environment, enhancing management efficiency. This paper studies'the GIS technology into the information management of land banking. Studying combined with land resumption and house removing of Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, designing and realizing land resumption and house removing information management system. Exploring how to meet the business requirement for effective information management of land banking. Organizing and managing spatial information with GIS according to the spatial feature of land block, it provides decision support services for management of land banking and house removing. The main research work of this paper was illustrated as follows:Based on "Standard Format of Land Use Database for County Level", Bao'an District land use feature classification, encoding and layering is implemented. Investigation and requirements analysis for information system.Combining the practice of land expropriation and housing removal of Bao'an District, investigating and requirements analysing, system functional designing and detail designing of Bao'an District land expropriation and housing removal management system are proposed. Integrating Oracle lOg and object-oriented spatial database model--geodatabase model, database design of the system is implemented.In Visual Studio 2008, using C# language and ArcGIS engine GIS components, the information system is developed and implemented.
